Your trusted partner for premium online gaming entertainment in Indonesia
Founded with a clear vision to revolutionize the online gaming experience for Indonesian players, apk99 emerged from a deep understanding of what local players truly need: security, speed, localized payment methods, and genuine customer support in their native language. We recognized early on that Indonesian gaming enthusiasts deserved better than generic international platforms that often failed to accommodate local banking systems, time zones, and cultural preferences. From day one, our mission has been to bridge that gap by creating a platform that feels truly Indonesian while maintaining world-class international gaming standards.
Today, apk99 proudly serves thousands of players across Indonesia's major cities including Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Makassar, Semarang, Palembang, and Bali, along with countless communities throughout the archipelago. We've built our reputation on three foundational pillars: security, ensuring every transaction and personal detail is protected with bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption; speed, delivering instant deposits through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri with processing times under 5 minutes and withdrawals completed within 24 hours; and support, maintaining a 24/7 customer service team of native Indonesian-speaking agents who understand both the technical requirements and cultural context of our players' needs.
What sets apk99 apart in Indonesia's competitive gaming market is our unwavering commitment to understanding and serving our specific audience. We don't just translate content into English and hope it resonates — we've studied what Indonesian players genuinely care about. That's why our platform features comprehensive coverage of BRI Liga 1 football with clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and Arema FC, alongside international favorites like the English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda national team). We offer traditional Indonesian betting favorites including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football handicap betting), mix parlay accumulator bets, and sabung ayam (cockfighting), alongside modern casino games from premium providers like Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming.
Our commitment to responsible gaming distinguishes us from platforms that prioritize profit over player welfare. Every apk99 member must be 21 years or older, verified through Indonesian KTP (identity card) authentication. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion options ranging from 24-hour cooling periods to permanent account closure, customizable deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits to protect your bankroll, session time alerts to prevent marathon gaming sessions, and reality-check reminders that display your play duration and current win/loss status. These aren't token features buried in settings — they're prominently accessible and actively promoted because we believe sustainable gaming is good gaming. If gambling stops being entertainment and becomes a problem, our support team is trained to assist with account restrictions and can provide resources for professional counseling services.
Looking ahead, apk99 remains dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation. We actively listen to player feedback through surveys, support interactions, and community engagement to understand what features matter most. Recent enhancements based on member input include expanded e-wallet support for OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay; improved mobile optimization for seamless Android and iOS browsing without requiring app downloads; enhanced live betting interfaces with real-time odds updates during matches; and a loyalty rewards program with tiered benefits (Bronze, Silver, Gold) that recognizes and rewards consistent players with cashback, faster withdrawals, VIP account managers, and exclusive bonuses during Indonesian holidays like Independence Day (17 August) and Idul Fitri.
At our core, apk99 is more than just a gaming platform — we're a community of Indonesian gaming enthusiasts who value fair play, transparent terms, secure transactions, and genuine customer care. Whether you're placing a weekend bet on Persija's next match, spinning slot gacor games with high RTP percentages during your lunch break, or enjoying live dealer baccarat on Saturday night, you can trust that apk99 has your back with robust security, fair gaming algorithms, and a support team that genuinely understands what Indonesian players need. Our success is measured not just by growth metrics but by the trust our members place in us every time they choose apk99 for their gaming entertainment. Thank you for being part of our journey — together, we're building Indonesia's premier online gaming destination.

Principles that guide everything we do at apk99
We employ bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and personal detail. Your financial security and data privacy are non-negotiable priorities that we invest in continuously with the latest security protocols and regular third-party audits.
No hidden fees, no surprise terms, no misleading bonus conditions. We publish RTP percentages for all games, clearly display wagering requirements for bonuses, and provide detailed transaction histories so you always know exactly where your money stands.
Every feature we build, every game we add, and every policy we implement starts with one question: does this serve our Indonesian players better? Your feedback directly shapes our roadmap, and your satisfaction drives our decisions.
Gaming should be entertainment, not a problem. We proactively promote responsible gaming tools, enforce strict 21+ age verification, train our support staff to recognize problem gambling signs, and partner with counseling resources for players who need help.
The gaming industry evolves rapidly, and we stay ahead of the curve by continuously adopting new technologies, expanding our game library, improving our mobile experience, and refining our payment processing to deliver the best possible platform.
All our games use provably fair algorithms and certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. We don't manipulate odds, don't delay payouts strategically, and treat every player equally regardless of bet size.
