Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
A bet is considered accepted only when confirmation is displayed on your screen and recorded in your Account transaction history. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected manipulation, technical errors, or violation of maximum bet limits. Bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant game provider or sporting authority. In the event of disputes, our decision is final.
Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in certain circumstances, including: sporting events that are canceled or postponed beyond a specified timeframe, technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of technical malfunctions, communication failures, software errors, or other technical issues affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after settlement of all pending bets and completion of any required wagering. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant.
